P.C.:- This is an Application received through the Jail for expediting the Sessions Case No. 107 of 2015 by sending it for trial to a Fast-Track Court. The learned APP, on instructions from the concerned officer, submitted that, as of today the prosecution has examined four witnesses. He further submitted that, the Trial Court has scheduled the next hearing of the case on 9th April 2018.
