The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioners has tendered on record a copy of Resolution dated 20th May 2014 passed by the General Body of the Pune Municipal Corporation. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioners pointed out that in view of this Resolution now the impugned Resolution dated 18th March 2014 will not survive. Hence, in view of the Resolution dated 20th May 2014 nothing survives in the Petition and the same is disposed of as infructuous.

The Petitioners have filed an undertaking in terms of clause
(3) of the order dated 23rd January 2014.

In view of the disposal of the Petition, the Petitioners will not be bound by that undertaking. However, the Petitioners will have to pay requisite charges on the basis of Resolution dated 20th May 2014.
