The appeal challenges the refusal of ad-interim relief by an order dated 4 July 2014.

Heard learned counsel for the Appellant.

The learned City Civil Court Judge has rightly held that the reliefs prayed for by the Appellant in the notice of motion cannot be granted at ad-interim stage. The notice of motion is pending. It is open to the Appellant to make an appropriate application for disposal of the notice of motion early which will be considered by the City Civil Court, depending on its time schedule.
