By these Civil Applications, Applicant original plaintiff is seeking condonation of 23 days delay in filing First Appeals.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the 2/3
averments made in the Applications, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Applications. Hence, following order is passed:
a) Delay in filing all these First Appeals is condoned.
b) All the Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
c) No order as to costs.
