Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application as well as Criminal Appeal. She states that the Applicant has already filed an Appeal, being Criminal Appeal No.563 of 2017 as against the Judgment and Order of conviction and sentence as well as Criminal Application No.928 of 2017 in the said Appeal. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, B.A.No.1001 of 2017 in Cri. Appeal No.609 of 2017 as well as Cri. Appeal No.609 of 2017 do not survive and are accordingly disposed of.
