Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. He invites attention of this Court to the grounds stated in paragraph 4 of the application for transfer of Criminal Appeal No.520 of 2014 from the District and Sessions Court Pune to any other nearby District and Sessions Court. I have carefully perused the grounds taken in the application. None of the grounds can be considered for transfer of the said Criminal Appeal. In case any order adversed to the applicant is passed by the concerned court, the same can be assailed by the applicant. Needless to observe that while considering the pending proceedings before the concerned court, the concerned court shall adhere to the provisions of Negotiable Instruments Act and/or other relevant provisions. With the aforesaid observations, the present criminal application stands rejected.
