1] The applicant was granted bail by this Court by an order dated 1st July 2017, considering his age and that he was ailing. The applicant was also permitted to furnish cash security for a period of two weeks in lieu of surety. It is submitted that the process of furnishing surety is not yet complete and, therefore, the cash security facility granted by this court will have to be extended. It is submitted that the present application was on board on 14th July 2017. The same did not reach on the said date. Taking into consideration the fact that the applicant is 79 years old and is ailing,

YBG 926-appp-653-17 the time to furnish surety is extended for a further period of four weeks as a last chance. The facility of cash security shall also be extended further till then. Application is disposed of. ( P.D.NAIK, J.)
