This Application is for condonation of 155 days delay in preferring the appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 05.09.2013 passed by M.A.C.T. Thane in M.A.C.P. No. 328 of 2009.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that Sneha Chavan 1/2

Hence, following order.

a) Delay of 155 days in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment & award dated 05.09.2013 passed by M.A.C.T. Thane in M.A.C.P. No. 328 of 2009, is condoned.

b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
