This is an application for modification of condition No.1 imposed upon the Applicant while releasing him on bail by an Order dated 25.04.2017. The said condition reads as under:

"(i) The Applicant shall be released on bail upon furnishing P.R. Bond in a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount"

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that though the order is passed in April 2017, as the Applicant could not comply with the aforesaid condition, he is still languishing in jail. He therefore, submitted that instead of one or two solvent sureties, the Applicant may be permitted to furnish on or Sneha Chavan 1/2

For the reasons stated in the application and in view of the fact that despite an order to release the Applicant on bail passed by this Court on 25.04.2017, the Applicant is still languishing in jail, the said condition is modified and the Applicant is permitted to furnish one or 'more' solvent local sureties in the like amount.
