The applicant was granted parole in view of Corona Pandemic and presently he is at liberty.

Learned counsel for applicant submit that as and when applicant surrenders to custody on expiry of parole, the applicant may be granted liberty to prefer application seeking suspension of sentence and grant of bail. He seeks leave to withdraw criminal application with liberty as above.

Criminal Application No.1067 of 2019 is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to prefer fresh application for suspension of sentence and bail as and when applicant surrenders to custody on expiry of parole.
