Learned counsel for the Appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the entire amount awarded by the Tribunal with accrued interest has already been deposited in the Tribunal. Statement is accepted.

In view of the Preacipe tendered by the learned counsel for the Appellant, appeal and civil application filed therein stand disposed of as withdrawn. Liberty to the Respondents to withdraw the amount of compensation with accrued interest, if not already withdrawn.
