This Application is moved against the order dated 18th June, 2018 passed by the learned Special Judge, MCOC Court, Pune thereby cancelling the bail which was granted earlier. The reasons for cancellation is invocation of MCOC against the applicants/accused.

After considering few submissions, liberty granted to the applicants/accused to file fresh Bail Application in view of Application of MCOC in the Special case against the accused. The learned Special Judge to decide the said Application for bail
