2] This is an application for restoration of writ petition no. 12081 of 2016 which was dismissed for default on 2nd December 2016 as none had appeared in the petitioner on that date. It is also prayed that the delay in preferring this application may be condoned.

skc 26-CAW-1871-17 3] In view of the averments made in the application and in the interest of justice, the delay is condoned and the order dated 2nd December 2016 dismissing writ petition no. 12081 of 2016 is set aside and the writ petition is restored to file.
