Prayer in the petition is to direct respondent no.2, Collector to pass appropriate orders under the provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code implementing the sanction accorded by respondent no.1 to a proposal that petitioners had filed on 15th May 2015.

Mr. Chavan states that hearing had been given by the Collector yesterday. Ms Solunke on instructions from Mr. Sachin Choudhar, Tahsildar, Collector Office of Mumbai Suburban, states that the Collector will pass a final order within four weeks from today. Statement accepted. In view of the above, petition disposed.
