Contempt alleged is the non compliance of the decision dated 18th April, 2019 in Writ Petition No. 8134 of 2017 against which SLP (Civil) Diary No(s). 27763 of 2019 has been preferred before the Supreme Court. Notice has been issued. 2.

Under the circumstances, we recall the notice issued in the Contempt Petitions and dispose of the Contempt Petitions as infructuous but giving liberty to the Petitioners to seek revival if the petition seeking leave to appeal before the Supreme Court is dismissed. It is made clear that if the order dated 18th April, 2019 is modified or set aside by the Supreme Court, the question of revival of the instant Contempt Petitions would never arise. SMT.
