Today the matter is placed on board for dismissal as per order dated 9/1/2015. 2) This application is preferred by other opponent No.2 Insurance Company for condonation of 53 days delay in filing the first appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 31/1/2008 passed by MAC Tribunal at Vasai in MACP No.303 of 2007. c) Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the applicant and the averments made in the civil application I satisfied that the applicant has made out the case for allowing the civil
