By order dated 20.3.2019, we have recorded that the parties were trying to explore the possibility of settlement through mediation. Accordingly, the parties had appeared before the Mediation Centre.

We are informed by both the learned counsel that the mediation was successful and the parties have arrived at settlement. Mediation report is sent to this Court. As per the settlement arrived at between the parties, the parties have agreed to approach the Trial Court for filing appropriate
8. civil fca 154-18.doc petition under Section 13B Of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. The statement made by both the learned counsel is accepted.

In this view of the matter, we set aside the impugned judgment and decree dated 16.4.2018 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court at Kolhapur in Petition No. A 66 of 2016. The appeal is disposed of by mutual consent.

We expect the parties to approach the trial Court as expeditiously as possible.
