By this Civil Application, the applicant / insurance Company seeks stay to the operation and execution of the impugned judgement and award dated 16.2.2015 passed by the learned Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation & Jude, 2nd Labour Court, Thane, in Application (WCA) No.293/B-78 of 2012, as execution proceedings are moved against the insurance company. The learned Counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that the 1 / 2

The learned Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 5 is present. 4.

In view of the above, the operation and execution of the impugned judgement and award is stayed till final disposal of the appeal.
