The interim application No.13442 of 2023 is for delay condonation. For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed.

Review is sought on the ground that after the petition was reserved for orders, the Family Court, Bandra by order dated 20 January 2023 directed the husband to pay EMI of house, school/college fees of Ira, and other premiums and maintenance. According to petitioner, none compliance of order dated 20 January 2023 amounts to error apparent on the face of record. 3.

On perusal of the order, passing of order dated 20 January 2023 has no bearing on the issue involved before this Court. 4.

The remedy of the petitioner is somewhere else. Non consideration of order dated 20 January 2023 cannot be termed as error apparent on the face of record to entertain review petition. In absence of such error apparent on the face of record, review petition is dismissed.

In view of disposal of review petition, nothing survives in interim application No.1310 of 2023 and the same stand disposed of accordingly.
