By this interim application, the applicant seeks the following substantive relief :

"(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondent No.2 to forthwith intimate the said Judgement dated 8th April 2021 passed by this Hon'

ble Court to the immigration authorities in said Judgement to enable the Applicant to travel abroad for the present trip commencing from 27th July 2022 as well as in future without hindrance." Mr. Venegavkar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-CBI informs this Court that the Investigating Officer of the CBI has already informed the immigration authorities of the travel of the applicant for the period 27th July 2022 onward. He further submits that the applicant had informed the respondent-CBI of his travel plans, pursuant to which, the Officer has communicated the same to the immigration authorities, so as to ensure free movement of the applicant at the airport for his onward travel to the United States. He further submits that as and when the applicant is desirous of travelling, on being informed 72 hours in advance, the respondent-CBI will inform the immigration authorities of the same. Needless to state that even if respondent-CBI fails inadvertently to inform the immigration authorities, the immigration 2/3

authorities to permit the applicant to travel abroad, pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 8th April 2021 in the aforesaid petition.

Needless to state that the applicant to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 8th April 2021 as and when he is desirous of travelling abroad. Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
