Mr. Patwardhan at the outset submits that on 10th April 2017, the ACB has registered offence against the persons named in his complaint being CR No. 121 of 2017. This fact is not disputed by Mr. Pradhan, the learned Special Counsel appearing on behalf of the State. Mr. Patwardhan submits that in view of the registration of the FIR, grievance of the Petitioner at this stage stands redressed.

In the light of above statement, petition is disposed of. Needless to mention that the ACB will take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
