This is an application for modification of order dated 01/07/2022 passed in Interim Application No.1900 of 2022 with Interim Application No.1899 of 2022 in Criminal Appeal No.624 of 2022. The Applicant is seeking modification of clause Digitally signed by MANUSHREE V NESARIKAR Date:

2022.08.25 16:59:57 +0530 MANUSHREE V NESARIKAR (i) of operative of the said order, which reads thus; Nesarikar

2 / 3 "4 (i)Applicant/Accused No.8 in CBI Special Case No.97 of 2011 along with CBI Special Case No.28 of 2014 be released on bail on his furnishing P. R. bond of Rs.50,000/- with one or more solvent local sureties in the like amount." 2.

He submitted that the Applicant be permitted to furnish solvent sureties by deleting the word 'local' surety.

The Applicant'

s sister-in-law, who is Nagpur based, is willing to stand as surety for him.

Learned SPP appearing for the Respondent No.1 has no objection for furnishing such surety. Therefore the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) of this application and following order is passed:

O R D E R

(i) Clause (i) of order dated 01/07/2022 is modified in the operative part, which now reads thus;

3 / 3 "4 (i)Applicant/Accused No.8 in CBI Special Case No.97 of 2011 along with CBI Special Case No.28 of 2014 be released on bail on his furnishing P. R. bond of Rs.50,000/- with one or more solvent sureties in the like amount."

(ii) Rest of the clauses in the said order shall remain as they are.

(iii) Interim Application stands disposed of accordingly.
