By this Application, the Applicant seeks condonation of delay of 22 days in filing the aforesaid Application seeking leave to file an appeal against the impugned Judgment and Order dated 12.03.2015 passed by the learned JMFC, Khadki, Pune in SCC No.660 of 2014.
