The petitioner has paid the said amount as and by way of one time settlement. The respondents have also issued no dues certificate to the petitioner. In view of these developments in the matter, the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this petition. 2.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn in view of settlement arrived at between the parties. No order as to costs. 1/2
