Perused the order dated 19th September, 2018. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petition was filed in challenge to the clause 4 (iii) (c) of the notification issued by the Election Commission dated 01st February, 2016. The learned Counsel submitted that in pursuance of the notification, elections were already conducted, as such, the petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
