Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners placed on record a communication forwarded to the Counsel duly signed by the Petitioners stating therein that the petition filed by the Petitioners be withdrawn as the subject matter is already settled between the Petitioners and the Respondent and the Petitioners have paid an amount of Rs.2,65,000/- to the Respondent as full and final settlement before the learned Labour Court at Thane on 9 September 2017. The communication is taken on record, marked "X" for identification. In view of the statement of learned Counsel, based on the communication, the Petitioners are permitted to withdraw the petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
