On putting certain queries to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the learned Counsel for the petitioner admitted before this Court that there was a Suit filed by the petitioner before the competent Civil Court and an order in the nature of decree is already passed by the competent Civil Court. 3.

Considering these submissions, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition. The Counsel, at this stage, prayed for withdrawal of the petition. 4.
