This Interim Application No.2295 of 2021 is filed for the following reliefs :- A] This interim Application may kindly be allowed. B] To substitute the word "Emergency Covid-19 Parole" with the word "Parole" in second line of Para No.1 and in Para No.2 of order dated 25/8/2021 in Interim Application No.1779/2021 in Cri. Writ Petition No.1838/21. C] In alternate to direct the Resp.No.4 to accept and decide the application of applicant for emergency Covid-19 parole within one week from the date f receipt of such application.

D] In alternate the Interim Application No.1779/2021 in Cri.Writ Petition No.1838/2021 may kindly be heard and decided on merits.

E] Emergency parole leave may kindly be granted to the applicant."

(19) cri.IA-2295.21.odt The Applicant is in the habit of filing applications after applications, though on merit this Court has passed order in Criminal Writ Petition No.1838 of 2021 dismissing the Petition, and also the order in Interim Application No.1779 of 2021 which was withdrawn by the present Applicant. In view of the order dated 06th May 2021 passed in Writ Petition No.1838 of 2021 dismissing the Writ Petition on merits and in view of the order dated 25th August 2021 passed in Interim Application No.1779 of 2021 granting leave to withdraw the said Interim Application, we do not deem it appropriate to entertain the present Interim Application No.2295 of 2021.
