The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that during the pendency of this petition which was filed only because his representation was not decided, an order has been passed against the Petitioner. Though there is liberty granted to the Petitioner to amend the petition, we find that there is hardly any pleadings by way of amendment to substantiate the challenge to the communication dated 31 July 2019.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition as he states that he will challenge the said communication dated 31 July 2019 by way of separate petition. 3.
