Heard Mr.Pathak, learned counsel for the applicant. By this application, Special Leave under section 378(4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure is being sought. However, the order against which the Appeal is intended to be filed, is an order of discharge. Therefore, the same is not appealable.

As such, the question of granting leave does not arise. Application is dismissed.

The applicant may adopt appropriate legal remedies, as may be available to him.
