The ground made out is that the Applicant No. 2 i.e. the original Appellant No. 2 is more than 75 years of age. The office note indicates that the R & P has been received. The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the original Appellants Shri. Joshi holding for Ms. Godse states that the original Appellants have no objection to the Appeal being heard. He further states that the Appellants would file the private paper book within the time that would be stipulated by this Court.
