When this court declined to entertain the Writ Petition, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to take out appropriate proceedings for liquidation of Shiv Shakti Krupa SRA Coop. Soc. as per order dated 30.04.2011 passed by the Dy. Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Mumbai in Appeal No.27/2010. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
