This Application is moved for cancellation of anticipatory bail, which was granted by this Court by the order dated 8th July, 2015 to the respondent nos. 2 to 9. All the respondents/accused are charged under sections 307, 323, 324, 143, 147, 148,149, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 135 of the Mumbai Police Act in C.R. No. 82 of 2015 registered with Karmala Police Station, Solapur. 2.
The learned counsel submitted that after obtaining pre-arrest bail, respondents have been threatening the complainant Suryakant Tukaram Deshmukh to withdraw his complaint. The learned counsel pointed out that immediately after the grant of Anticipatory Bail 1 / 2

The learned APP submitted that charge sheet is filed in this case.

The alleged incident of threatening have taken place on 11th July, 2015 and 14th July, 2015. After that, Immediately this Application for cancellation of Anticipatory Bail Application was filed on 27th July, 2015. However, this Application was placed before other Judges till January, 2017. This Application was placed before me on 16th January, 2017 and thereafter on 9th February, 2017. As the charge sheet is filed, the matter is before the learned Sessions Judge. Considering the time gap, I think there is no substance in entertaining this Application. Hence, Application is rejected. (MRIDULA BHATKAR, J.) 2 / 2
