The petitioner's grievance stands redressed by the communication of 30th April, 2019, of the All India Council for Technical Education.

Now, by this communication, the approval of the Academic Year 2019-2020 has been extended. The petitioner's SRP 1/2

26-ASWPST18504.19.doc grievance was that this approval is not granted on account of certain communications which are referred to in prayer clause (b) of the petition. Once the extension of the approval have been granted for the Academic Year 2019-2010, this writ petition does not survive. It is disposed of by taking a copy of this communication of the AICTE on record and marking it as "X" for identification.

Now the respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 shall take necessary steps to include the petitioners - institute in the ongoing academic process. SANDEEP K. SHINDE, J.
