Withdrawal of the writ petition is sought for on the ground that the parties have arrived at the consensus before the Family Court and have also filed the consent terms on 07/03/2022. The consent terms, so tendered, are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Similarly, the learned counsel has also placed on record the communication received by her from the petitioner, intimating her about the consent terms being filed before the Family Court.
