Civil Application (Stamp) No.22977/2018 is for restoration of the petition, which is dismissed for non-removal of office objections by a self-operative order providing for removal of office objections within a stipulated period. For the reasons stated in the civil application, the civil application is allowed and the writ petition is restored to file. Though the Petitioner in the present case had ad-interim relief restraining the Respondent corporation from terminating his service, the relief has come to be vacated as a result of dismissal of the petition. The website of the court shows that the matter is disposed of. After the matter, thus, stood disposed of, the Respondent corporation has issued a termination order on 30 July 2018. Since the termination order is already in place, the Petitioner will have to challenge that order. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, in the premises, seeks leave 1 / 2
