Mr. Bidkar, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.5 submits that in pursuance of directions issued on 23/4/2018, Respondent No.5 has cleared the dues of complainant. He has produced before the Court the copies of communication dated 7/5/2018, 1/6/2018 and 2/7/2018 in support of his contention. Copies are taken on record and marked Exhibit "A".

Ms. Maindad, learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that the lease was between the petitioner and Respondent No.5. It appears that as the entire arrears of monthly rent from 1/1/2009 are received by the petitioner he may not be interested in prosecuting the matter. We therefore dispose of the petition. (SARANG V.
