The grievance of the petitioners is that their application dated 13/01/2016 filed under section 63-1A of the MT & AL Act is pending before respondent no.2 Collector Solapur. Prayer has been made to direct respondent no. 2 to consider and take appropriate decision on the said application as expeditiously as possible.

Having regard to the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of this petition by directing respondent no.2 Collector Solapur to consider and take appropriate decision in accordance with law on the petitioner's application dated 13/01/2016 as expeditiously as nilegaonkar by Hemant Vasantrao Nilegaonkar Date:
