The above Civil Application has been filed for deletion of the Respondent Nos.4 and 5 from the array of the Respondents in the above First Appeal as they have expired in the year 2004 and 2007. The death certificates to the said effect are annexed to the above Civil Application. Since there is a discrepancy in the name of the Respondent No.4 which appears in the death certificate as Ramanna, the Applicant Sanjivani Powar has filed affidavit dated 13-12-2014 wherein she has stated that Ramanna whose name is appearing in the death certificate and Ramchandra who is the Respondent No.4 are one and the same person. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed, resultantly the Respondent Nos.4 and 5 are allowed to be deleted. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from date. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
