In view of learned APP having brought to notice that charge is already framed at trial, it is difficult to accede the prayer for bail in an offence of murder and under Sections 364, 201 and 120B r/w Section 34 of the IPC.

The trial Court seized with Sessions Case No.49 of 2012 arising out of crime No.328 of 2011 of

sjs 13-BA-1675.2014 Dahisar Police Station is hereby directed to commence and complete said trial as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, by the end of July, 2015. In the event of trial being not complete within said period and/or being unduly delayed, liberty to the applicant to renew the prayer for bail before appropriate forum, subject to himself co-operating for expeditious disposal of the trial, as ordered.
