Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that as per her instructions, the back wages as ordered by the Labour Court till August 2006 have been paid to the Respondent - workman, who expired in September 2006. She submits that any case, if the amount is not paid then the Petitioner will pay the same within period of 12 weeks from today. On instructions she also submits that as far as the other legal dues are concerned, as permissible in law, they will

be paid to the Respondent, within the said period. The Petitioner will furnish a statement containing the calculations of the amount if paid and to be paid to the learned Counsel for the Respondent within period of four weeks from today.

In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner on instructions, nothing further survives in this Writ Petition, which is disposed off, accepting the statements as above.
