Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP. Perused the record of investigation. 3.

The offence under Section 452 of the Indian Penal Code applied to the present crime is only non bailable offence. The fats mentioned in the FIR and as revealed Page-1/2

In view thereof, the interim relief granted by Order dated 10.7.2018 is hereby confirmed.
