This is an application for setting aside the order dated 08/07/2014 passed by the Registrar (Judicial - I). By that order, the applicants were given 4 weeks time to take steps against respondents No.1 & 3, failing which, Writ Petition was to stand dismissed as against respondents No.1 & 3.

Mr.Chauhan submitted that applicants have filed Civil Application No. 743 of 2015 for bringing legal heirs of respondent No.1. As far as respondent No.3 is concerned, respondent No.3 is deleted from the proceedings. In short, he submitted that applicants have taken necessary steps qua respondents No. 1 & 3 and therefore, the order dated 08/07/2014 may be set aside.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that applicants have made out a sufficient cause for granting relief. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. (R.G.KETKAR, J.) 2/2
