By the above Criminal Writ Petition a direction is sought that the Respondent be directed to take cognizance in respect of the N. C. complaint dated 11-5-2017, as also the complaint dated 19-5-2017 and 20-5-2017 of the Petitioner. In so far as complaint dated 20-5-2017 is concerned, a copy of which is annexed to the above Criminal Writ Petition as Exhibit B-1 an endorsement appears on the said complaint which endorsement according to the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is of the Superintendent of Police, Palghar and which is to the following effect, "P. I. Virar, verify the facts, register FIR, take necessary action and report".

Having regard to the said endorsement made, we direct the Respondent herein to communicate the outcome of the inquiry / investigation mmj

wp-2807-17(29) carried out pursuant to the said complaints, to the Petitioner, if not already communicated latest within 4 weeks from date. With the aforesaid directions, the above Criminal Writ Petition is disposed of.

It is contingent upon the communication that the Petitioner would receive from the Respondent that the Petitioner would decide the future course of action to be followed.
