Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner-Complainant, FIR No.406/2014 came to be registered and chargesheet came to be filed. Learned Counsel submits that police has not conducted the investigation properly. Some of persons are not made accused. Learned Counsel submits that appropriate investigation ought to have been done. 2.

Learned APP has placed reliance on the affidavit filed and submits that in accordance with material collected chargesheet came to be filed.

We have perused the record. Considered the submissions advanced. It seems that the family members of the petitioner are having some dispute. Some litigation regarding property of the petitioner is pending, according to Counsel. The petitioner's grievance is against his family including wife, son, grand son, two sisters and daughters. 4.

In the facts of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we observe that in case petitioner desires, he may file comprehensive representation addressed to Superintendent of Police for further investigation of the matter. In case such a representation is received within two weeks from today, we direct the Superintendent of Police to look into the matter and take appropriate decision in accordance with law.
