The grievance of the petitioner in the present Public Interest Litigation is that a division of 11th standard has wrongly and illegally been allotted to Mount Carmel Junior College, Lullanagar, Pune. We have perused the record and heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

In the facts, we are of the opinion that the petitioner may prefer comprehensive representation to the concerned authority in this regard.

PIL is disposed of accordingly.
