Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not comply with the direction of the Court dated 2nd August, 2022 to deposit the sum of Rs. 10 lakhs within two weeks thereof as undertaken.

The learned counsel submits that in the intervening period, the borrower-respondent No. 3 has filed Revision Application against the certificate issued by Additional Registrar, Cooperative Societies on 20th December, 2018 under section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1860, and the petitioner herein has been impleaded as respondent in the said petition. Since the petitioner has not complied with the order passed by this Court on 2nd August, 2022 and the petitioner has statutory remedies, there is no propriety in entertaining these petitions. 5.

Hence, the petitions stand dismissed.
