Heard Mr. Joshi, learned Counsel for petitioners and Mr. Barne, learned Counsel for respondents in both the Petitions at length. 2.
By this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner have challenged the judgment and order dated 29.04.2016 passed by the learned District Judge-10, Thane in Miscellaneous Civil Appeals No.160 of 2015 and 161 of 2015. By these orders, the learned District Judge allowed the Appeals preferred by the respondents and issued injunction restraining the petitioners from creating third party interest in flats No.7 and 9, second floor in the new building by name Manas Nest (old Kanade Chawl).

After arguing the Petitions for quite some time, Mr. Joshi, upon taking telephonic instructions from the petitioner No.1 seeks permission to withdraw the Petitions. Mr. Barne has no objection. 1/2

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr. Joshi, Petitions are allowed to be withdrawn and are dismissed as withdrawn. Order accordingly.
