Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. Perused the Petition and other relevant documents.

Issue notice to Respondents, subject to condition that Petitioner shall deposit the arrears of interim maintenance amount to the tune of Rs.32,000/- before the J.M.F.C. Jaysingpur within a period of two weeks. Failure to which present Writ Petition stands dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court. In case the Petitioner succeeded to deposit the amount of Rs.32,000/- within stipulated period, issue notice to Respondents, returnable on 24.09.2018.

35.WP.2980.18.doc On depositing the arrears of the maintenance, there shall be ad-interim stay to the execution and operation of the impugned order passed by the learned Magistrate, Jaynsingpur, dated 26.02.2018 in Criminal Misc. Application No.249 of 2014 (Exh.41).

Issue show cause notice by ad-interim stay granted shall not be made absolute, returnable on 24.09.2018.
