Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and the Respondent.

The learned counsel for the Respondent submit that the Respondent is ready to transfer his proceeding pending at Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai to Nashik Court and he has no objection for it. The learned counsel further submit that the Applicant has filed Domestic Violence Case No.400 of 2021 at Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nashik at CBS, it be transferred to the Family Court at Nashik. So all proceedings could be heard at Family Court and it would be convenient for both the parties. N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

The learned counsel for the Applicant has no objection for it.

Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel, the Application is allowed.

The Divorce Petition No.A-973 of 2021 filed by the Respondent be transferred to Family Court, Nashik. The Domestic Violence Case No.400 of 2021 pending in JMFC Court, CBS, Nashik be transferred to Family Court, Nashik. 6.

Both the parties are directed to appear before the Family Court at Nashik in all proceedings on 23 January 2023. 7.

The Application is allowed and disposed of.
